I have installed elastix in many servers.
all of them after few month died. one crashed. one of them after a while when you dila it takes 10 minutes to ring! . one of them IVR went wrong and so on so far.
on all i reinstalled the elastix again and again.
is there any files that go worng or any point or any database or log that i have to or i can make it empty.
is there any way after few month i return it to the time i installed, every thing renew just the configuration remain.
any suggestion about that?
as they are in different cities its not easy to go and reinstall.

I'd like to know how to get back to the factory defaults without having to do a reinstall as well. Especially on the ELX appliances.

technically you cant...as it is not a rom system...you could haev an initial backup of the original system at the first boot that is the most close stage to a factory default...
onyl way if not having backups is format and reinstall
